Client overview
Parker Hannifin is a global motion and control technologies company. Sporlan Valve is their refrigeration valve division: technical industrial products used in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
These are not consumer products. Buyers need to see precise detail, accurate representation, and professional presentation in catalogs, websites, and technical materials.

The problem
Industrial product photography requires a different approach than ecommerce on white. Valves and technical components need to be lit, styled, and shot so engineers and buyers can see what they're specifying.
Sporlan needed a photographer who could deliver that quality on location and in studio, and come back as new products and applications required updated imagery.

How we started
I was contacted through an old friend working at Sporlan Valve. They needed product photography of their refrigeration valves. That first project established trust in the quality and consistency of the work.
I've continued as a photography resource for the division over the years, shooting on location at their facilities and in my studio as projects come up.

What I did

Product photography
Professional photography of refrigeration valves and related industrial products. Shots built for catalogs, technical documentation, and marketing use.

Location shoots
On-site photography at Sporlan facilities when products, environments, or applications need to be captured in context.

Studio shoots
Controlled studio photography for product lines that need consistent, repeatable imagery across a catalog.

Ongoing photography resource
Continued relationship over the years. When Sporlan needs new product shots or updated imagery, they call.

What this means for similar businesses
If you're a manufacturer, B2B supplier, or industrial company in Missouri or the Midwest, your product photography needs to match the caliber of what you build. Engineers and buyers judge credibility from the image before they read the spec sheet.
Sporlan Valve is not a local coffee shop or a Shopify startup. It's industrial B2B photography: technical products, location and studio work, and a long-term resource relationship.
