How It works
Two ways we typically work together
Project-based
Work with a clear scope and a quoted price. One-time projects: a photo shoot, a site build, a website audit, or a batch of SEO copy. Ongoing projects: monthly site maintenance, email marketing, SEO, and content. Same idea either way. We define the scope, agree on a price, and get to work. Most long-term client relationships are ongoing monthly projects.
Hourly
Best for occasional site updates or small tasks that don't fit a defined project. Billed at an hourly rate with an estimate upfront.

Product photography
Clean, accurate images that help customers buy with confidence. White-background ecommerce shots, industrial, food, apparel, and more.
On-white ecommerce photography. Local pickup or ship nationwide. Print-ready and web-ready files. Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days.
$35 First product in the shot
$5 Each additional product in the same shot
$5 Background removal (masking) per item in the shot
Lifestyle scenes, industrial, food, location work, and on-site shoots for oversized or unique items are quoted per project.
Ongoing digital marketing & site maintenance
For businesses that want one person handling site updates, email, SEO, and content every month. Scoped and quoted as a monthly project. Deliverables can scale up or down to fit your budget.

Social media is available but not my primary focus. Email, SEO, content, and site maintenance are the core of most ongoing projects.

Site builds and one-off projects are quoted based on scope: number of pages, ecommerce complexity, platform (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify), and content needs.

New sites, ecommerce stores, and redesigns. Builds start with a paid discovery session (typically 1–2 hours at $75/hr).

Why quotes vary
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages because every business is in a different place. A tool and die shop needing a 5-page site and local SEO is a different project than a manufacturer launching wholesale ecommerce with 200 SKUs. Things that affect your quote: number of products, pages, or email sends; platform and complexity; whether you need photography, copywriting, or both; one-time vs. ongoing monthly work; how much content already exists vs. needs to be created. If your budget is limited, tell me. We can reduce deliverables rather than cut corners on quality.

Do you require a contract?
Ongoing monthly projects typically run month-to-month after an initial scope conversation. One-time project work is agreed on before it starts.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. Send me a message, tell me about your business, and I'll reply with an honest assessment and a ballpark if I can give one. That first conversation is free.
Do website builds require a paid discovery session?
Yes. A site build needs more than a quick chat. Before I quote a build, we do a discovery session (typically 1–2 hours at $75/hr) to work through your business, audience, goals, pages, and structure. This cost will be part of an estimate.
What's not included?
Deep back-end development and custom application builds are outside my core focus. I'll tell you upfront if I'm not the right fit.
How do I know what I need?

How do I pay?
Invoiced after one-time project delivery or pre-paid monthly for ongoing work. Payment details provided with your quote.
