Credibility and leadsfor a local bookkeeping firm
Excelsior Bookkeeping helps small businesses with full-service QuickBooks bookkeeping without the overhead of a full-time accountant. They had no online presence. I built a site that gives them visibility, credibility, and leads.

Client overview
Excelsior Bookkeeping are QuickBooks experts who work with small businesses as a full-service bookkeeper. Their clients are business owners who need accounting help but don't want the cost and overhead of hiring a full-time accountant.
They're a B2B local service provider in Washington, MO. Before this project, they had no presence online.

The problem
Visibility and credibility. When a small business owner looks for bookkeeping help, they search online, compare options, and judge whether a firm looks legitimate before they call.
Excelsior had nothing to show. No website, no content explaining what they do, no way to be found locally. Referrals and word of mouth can only carry a professional services business so far.

How we started
We've been friends for years. Excelsior needed a full site build from scratch: design, copy, and structure for a B2B service business that sells trust as much as bookkeeping.
This was a one-time project, not an ongoing retainer. The goal was a complete website that could stand on its own and represent the business professionally.

What I did
Website build & design
Full site build from zero. Designed and structured for a local B2B service provider: clear services, credible presentation, and a path for visitors to get in touch.
Copywriting
All page content written for small business owners comparing bookkeeping options. Plain language that explains what Excelsior does and who they help.
Local SEO foundation
Site built and written with local search in mind: Washington, MO, small business bookkeeping, and the terms a local owner would actually search.

What this means for similar businesses
If you're a B2B service provider in Washington, Union, or Franklin County (bookkeeping, consulting, trades, legal, health), you don't need a 50-page site on day one. You need a credible web presence that explains what you do, who you help, and how to reach you.
Excelsior Bookkeeping isn't an ecommerce brand. They're a local professional service selling expertise and trust. The website's job is visibility and credibility first, leads second.
