What if I already have a website?
I can work with your existing site. Let’s schedule a time to talk about what you are wanting from your website and how yours can be improved.
What is the Divi Theme?
WordPress is the most popular content management system (CMS) on the planet. Divi is the most popular theme. Divi is a builder that provides endless design possibilities.
What is your web design process?
I work in phases. Phases can vary in number from three to seven depending on the size and requirements of your site.
What type of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, or credit card.
How long does it take to develop a new website?
Depending on the size of your site and if you provide me with all the assets needed, a 5 page site can take 3 to 4 weeks to complete. If you need it faster just reach out and I will see what I can do for you.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No there’s no minimum. If you just need a one-page site I can provide that for you. There is no minimum charge I require.
Do I have to be in Washington, Mo to work with you?
Nope, you can be anywhere in the world.
Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
Yes, if you feel comfortable updating your site you may do so.
Will you maintain our website for us?
Yes, each website I build comes with at least two weeks of bug fixes. For larger websites, support will last for at least 30 days.
Do you provide website hosting and domain?
I encourage all customers to have direct access to their domain registrar and hosting provider. I will help you set it up if necessary.
How much input do I have in the website design process?
It’s your design so I want you to have input. I have a Google UX Certification and will use my knowledge to help you navigate the best design practices.
Who writes the text/content for the website?
Your content goes here. Edit or remove this text inline or in the module Content settings. You can also style every aspect of this content in the module Design settings and even apply custom CSS to this text in the module Advanced settings.
Do you only create WordPress websites?
While WordPress is the most used CMS by a long run, I can work with Shopify, Wix, and Weebly, or we can use an HTML template. If you have another CMS just ask if I can help you.
Is SEO included in my build
Yes, I believe that SEO is vital to a website and I make sure to build optimized sites everytime.

I work with any size business.
What is photo sourcing
Images are the backbone of your site but where do you get the images? That is photo sourcing. Whether I take the images or we use stock images your site will look great.
When do I pay?
I require payment in conjunction with the web design phases. I will quote the project and include when payment is expected. Typically I require 50% at the beginning of a phase and the remaining 50% at the conclusion of the phase. This helps you space the payment process and if you decide to end the project early there is no large deposit to deal with.
